Bellingham Town Hall

New civic campus for the Town of Bellingham including a new Town Office building, plans for the adaptive reuse of the venerable 1802 Town Hall and other municipal facilities. With the restoration of the original Town Common, ADA upgrades, and a redesigned traffic pattern, the ‘sea of cars’ around the buildings will be eliminated, creating a safer, more accessible and user friendly municipal complex for the present and future citizens of Bellingham.
