"Hyland Building"

The Hyland Building (42 units) is one of three new buildings currently under construction in central Belmont. The firm was brought in as Associate Design Architect under Peter Quinn Architects, specifically for this building, to help the Developer and his team secure the needed Special Permit via Planning Board approval. The firms design support for the overall development in addition to the Hyland Building helped win the support of the community and the needed Special Permit. The project developer sold his development rights to Toll Brothers and thus the buildings designs have evolved from our earlier plans.
