New construction of a 3 story steel and wood frame building in historic downtown Lexington, MA includes 30 residential units, retail space and below ground parking. Line Company Architects, Inc. was responsible for full architectural services including all permits, including achieving a zoning change through town meeting approval. The site is located at the former Battle Green Inn which has frontage on both Massachusetts Avenue and Waltham Street. Line Company Architects co-developed this project together with Oaktree Development and Lex-Vest, Inc.
