Lot 4 Belmont House

New construction of a 2 1/2 story wood frame home overlooking conservation land and Belmont Country Club. Home is designed into the shallow slope of this wooded site employing a “shingle style”, located at the end of a four lot subdivision with a new roadway with full utilities installed by the architect and its development partners. The firm provided full design services including pro–forma analysis, and community & town reviews with the Conservation Commission.
