The firm is recently designing more custom high - end homes with homeowners, having several in design and construction in Belmont, MA. The firm is also focused on panel construction techniques for several of their designs and development projects. Custom single family homes, renovations and additions, natural disaster relief housing, affordable housing, work force housing, co-housing communities, panelized housing, and active senior housing are all sectors of housing the firm has had success with.

Firm award into final selection round and selected for assembly of proposed panel home which was completed as part of a National Housing Exposition in Port au Prince, Haiti 2011.
